Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
By law you must be 18 years or over to buy knives in the UK by placing an order for any knife you declare you are 18 years of age or over.
We accept credit and debit card payments. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We charge a flat rate of £4.99 to cover post and packing for all orders under £30. Order over £30 are shipped free of charge. |

Credit Card Security We do not require any more details from you than those needed to fulfill your order. For all transactions placed via the internet we only receive the last four digits of your credit/debit card and for orders placed via telephone we do not record or store your credit card details after your payment has been made.
We use a third party payment service provider (Protx) to process cards over the internet and endorse this method of payment as secure and safe for all transactions.

Guarantee Most Manufacturers offer at least a 12 month warranty period, some much longer. Should a product fail due to faulty workmanship or materials you may have a claim against the manufacturer. If this is the case, you must retain the guarantee card accompanying the product and/or the purchase receipt. Should you not have the current address of the manufacturer then email us and we will provide it.

Returns Policy 1. We offer a 28 day, no quibble, money-back guarantee. If you receive any item which does not exactly meet your requirements, provided you return it unused and undamaged (at your expense) in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase price. Always ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery. We regret however that this does not apply to kitchen trolleys or other items 'built to order' unless the item is faulty in any way.
2. Should any item be damaged in transit, or received in a damaged condition again you may return it to us (at our expense) for a full refund but please include a note describing the problem. Please ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.
3. If you have any concerns regarding any product we sell, please telephone us in the first instance as many issues can often be resolved without resorting to the inconvenience and expense of returning items.
