I ordered a knife sharpener on-line. After I had ordered it, I realised that I had both Japanese and English knives so this sharpener was the wrong one. I emailed the Kitchen Shop and they were absolutely fantastic!!! They not only called me to stop the current order, BUT offered me the right model with a 35% discount from RRP. I was over the moon. It arrived the next day (Chef’s Choice 1520). You can’t ask for better than that. |
