Claimed to be the fastest manual sharpener avaialble it uses100% diamond abrasives in both stages for durability, versatility and performance. Includes a soft touch handle and rubber feet to keep it secure and imobile on the worktop. For use with straight and serrated knives.

Note: This sharpener should be used as shown. Not terribly convenient for left handers!

Probably the best sharpening steel we've ever used. This diamond coated steel is both extremely abrasive yet very fine, allowing you to hone knives to amazing sharpness using just the lightest of strokes. It's oval shape provides a greater contact area and the easy-grip textured synthetic black handle makes it more comfortable and safe to hold. 10" long. Suitable for all knives and ideally suited to finely hone knife edges after using the Model 464 above. For ultimate knife performance this steel should also be (gently) used before each cutting session.
