Delivering ultimate performance with the new 180 watt motor, bamix creates a wide variety of dishes simply by changing the push on blade for any of the four supplied attachments and using its 2 different speed settings. As Gordon Ramsay demonstates on the included DVD, use the low speed setting for small quantities and delicate tasks and the high speed setting for larger quantities and to produce smoother sauces.
