The bamix Gastro is primarily designed for commercial applications. It uses the Titan's 200W motor and comes with a wall mounted stand and three bamix blades (there is no dry mill included). The bamix Gastro has a longer shaft making it suitable for blending large quantities in deep commercial pans and the switches are sealed behind a flexible rubber membrane to protect against the ingress of liquids. Another useful feature, unique to the Gastro model is the curly cord to keep things tidy on the worktop!
